Pre-Closing:
* Examine and clear title to real estate, and help clear outstanding title issues;
* Review of purchase/sales agreements and assist clients to verify information and to satisfy contractual items;
* Research and assist in satisfying requirements for the real estate transaction to proceed;
* Preparation of closing documents, deeds, mortgages, title opinions;
* Work with Title Insurance underwriters in preparation of commitments for title insurance, and insured closing letters.
Closing of Real Estate Transactions:
* Schedule closings and coordinate with all parties;
* Review of lender packages, as needed;
* Review of lender instruction and clear all loan conditions;
* Verify homeowner's insurance and paid receipt;
* Preparation of Settlement Statements and all other closing documents;
* Perform the closing of the transaction.
Post-Closing:
* Verify receipt of certified funds and satisfaction of all escrow requirements;
* Handle funding and disbursement of transactions, by wire preparation and distribution of checks;
* Record the documents and follow-up;
* Prepare title insurance policies;
* Forward title policies and recorded documents to buyer and lender.

* Identify title issues/defects, and clear them;
